The Health Institute has its own 70 acre Nirvana Wellness Retreat providing accommodation, 40 minutes from Southport in the beautiful hinterland mountains at Beechmont, where some of the subjects and courses are run. As an Ayurvedic consultant you will be able to:

• Provide advice and assistance on living according to Ayurvedic principles
• Recognise the body’s innate ability to cure itself or regain ‘balance’ through the most natural, non-toxic, non-invasive methods. Apply Ayurvedic philosophy to your own health
• Counsel clients on preventative health measures and the principles of healthy living using Ayurvedic

      philosophy and practices

• Provide Ayurvedic relaxation massage
• Use Ayurvedic Vegetarian recipes in your diet and advise clients on nutrition.

Also, as an Ayurvedic student you will have the benefits of attending Nirvana Wellness Retreat for hands-on practical nature education of Ayurvedic plants and herbs.
